While much of the country is in the grip of cold and snow, we’re enjoying another beautiful winter weekend here in Naples. I was out on the beach last night near Park Shore to officiate a wedding and took the attached picture…I’m always amazed at the beauty of our sunsets along the gulf coast!
Here is what is happening tomorrow at Christ the King Church:
In the 10:00 AM Sunday Morning Worship Service, I’ll be preaching from Acts 8:1-3, specifically on verse 2 with a message titled: “Good Grief.” What is the Spirit of God saying to the church in this passage? What does it teach you about grieving the death of a well-loved Christian? Are you prepared…to grieve?
At 6:00 PM Sunday evening our intern Ryan Heaton is preaching from Matthew 16:24-26 where Jesus calls us to take up our cross and follow him: “A Cross-Shaped Life.” What does that mean, that we are to bear a cross? Come and grow in your knowledge of God’s Word!
At Christ the King Church you’ll find joyfully reverent worship and Biblical preaching. We meet at the SE corner of Airport Rd. and Radio Rd. in East Naples.
Because of Christ,
Eric Hausler, Pastor
P.S. We also have a covered-dish dinner featuring 8-pots of delicious home-made soup following the 10:00 AM morning service this Sunday, February 4…visitors are invited to join us!
