Christian, what does the preface of the Lord's prayer teach us?
The preface to the Lord’s Prayer, which is, “Our Father in heaven,” teaches us to draw near to God with all holy reverence and confidence, as children to a father who is able and ready to help us; and that we should pray with and for others.
Song of Praise “Bless the Lord, O My Soul”
CCLI # 11156644
Refrain: Bless the Lord, O my soul, O my soul; Worship His holy name.
Sing like never before, O my soul, I’ll worship Your holy name.
The sun comes up, it’s a new day dawning, it’s time to sing Your song again.
Whatever may pass, and whatever lies before me…
let me be singing when the evening comes. (Refrain)
You’re rich in love and You’re slow to anger. Your name is great and Your heart is kind.
For all Your goodness, I will keep on singing…
Ten thousand reasons for my heart to find.(Refrain)
And on that day, when my strength is failing, the end draws near, and my time has come;
Still, my soul will sing Your praise unending…
Ten thousand years, and then forever more! (Refrain – 2x)

A mist that vanishes at dawn,
All glory be to Christ!Chorus: All glory be to Christ our king -- All glory be to Christ;
His rule and reign we’ll ever sing -- All glory be to Christ!His will be done, His kingdom come
On earth as is above;
Who is Himself our daily bread,
Praise Him the Lord of love!
Let living water satisfy,
The thirsty without price;
We’ll take a cup of kindness yet
All glory be to Christ! (Chorus)When on the day the great “I Am,”
The faithful and the true,
The Lamb who was for sinners slain
Is making all things new.
Behold our God shall live with us
And be our steadfast light,
And we shall e're his people be
